Visit the websites of the OPS for hacking information. Not all DVD players can be hacked. Usually cheaper than paying for them.

Try this:
1. Turn into drive
2; pop open the CD tray
3. Enter the following code (using the remote): 2812
4. Select the region
5. Change to 9 (multi-region) with the "Enter"
6. Hit 'Delete' output
7. Pop in a DVD and enjoy!
