Planning a party? Create an Access database, all with their names and addresses of friends. Secondly, the export to Excel, and run an e-mail in Word mail merge to create envelopes for each friend. Then, create a short PowerPoint presentation with some slides: pictures of you and your friends, the position of the party, date, time and information to the other party. Burn your PowerPoint on a CD-ROM and put it in the envelope to send to your friends. - For bonus points, you create an invitation page in Microsoft Publisher, and put it in the envelope. Enjoy the party!
