What size windsurfing gear should I use? - used windsurfing gear

I started windsurfing and I wonder exactly what to use to package size. I am 13 years old, medium height, average weight. I watch the candles, and I think you're a candle from 4.0 to 4.5 use (not sure, please tell me whether it is correct). I have no idea of the joints or what though. Please help.
