Any running/breathing tips for long distance running? - breathing tips
Tryouts tomorrow I cross and I would be some tips and suggestions on how. All in all, I want to run advice on how not to tire too quickly.
Thanks in advance

As someone said, Sprint is not the first, just a little faster than normal. Do not start worrying about all the idiots in the sprint. How to win a race is a hammer (faster) for half of the race. So you want as many people as possible on the environment, especially the idiots who ran the tip to come. Then at the end of the race you want to give everything you have and not go back.
In the fall, I have cross country, and is doing the monitoring. Personally, I'm fine, just breathe through your nose and mouth so much for me. The breath you will get tired of telling the truth.
Sprint does not start, but just a little bit sooner than you think you want. Do not overdo it. How to breathe to breathe, trying to (relatively) slowly and evenly. Just like your approach should be to follow your breathing steady pace throughout the race. You take a step should be much faster than your breath, though.
I do not know youe physical fitness, but it seems that you are a beginner. Just do at your own pace and do my best. It's really all you can do right now. Good luck and remember that you will greatly improve!
