How can I lease my property for commercial use, preferably for Assisted Living? - murrieta property management
Hello,
I have a 2.5-acre property in Murrieta, California, I would like to lease for commercial purposes, but do not know where to go. Preferably, I am interested in the field of assisted living. In other words, I want to rent my property to an undertaking that a body will do for assisted living, too. But who should I contact? Where can I go? I do not want to run, but leased to someone else to do.
Thank you.

You should start with local planners (usually city or county offices or finding of the Department of Planning, consulting), to see if the propperty for commercial or zones. As the installation of some residential units are based on the number of units and amount of assistance can still be placed in a residential area, but check zoning regulations before anything.
Then you talk to local network facilities in the same class and see if the company would be operated by those affected, and that you are able to consult a real estate developer and then.
Every state and city are you in need of planning and zoning, because without the proper zoning can be fined or worse, different.
