What is a good substitute for eye make up remover? - waterproof eye make up
I've got three tonight, several shops and all eye makeup remover that I (not sold and is allergic)!
I use waterproof eyeliner and let me tell you, it's really tight. It is almost impossible without removing make-up remover too.
What can I use when I remover on hand? Like I said, has finally warm water. Could it be stupid to use for a mild soap? It would help?
